KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Sporting KC picked two 22-year-olds in the annual MLS SuperDraft on Thursday.
They selected defender Matt Constant from the University of North Carolina. Constant is originally from Dallas and played his first two seasons at New Mexico. He stands 6'6" and played center back for the Tarheels.
Roberts hails from England. He logged 14 goals and 15 assists in three seasons with the Thundering Herd. He helped lead Marshall to its first ever NCAA Tournament.
