KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Sporting Kansas City fans will have to wait one more day to cheer on their team in the MLS Cup Western Conference Semifinal.
Their game against Minnesota United FC, originally scheduled for Wednesday night, moved to Thursday for reasons not directly related to COVID-19, the club said Monday.
Kickoff at Children’s Mercy Park is slated for 7:30 p.m.
All tickets purchased for the Wednesday match will be honored on Thursday, Sporting KC said.
The conference final also has been rescheduled.
It’s now scheduled for a to-be-determined time on Dec. 7.
The MLS Cup is still on Dec. 12.
