KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Chiefs arrived in Miami for Super Bowl LIV just after 3 p.m. CDT Sunday.
41 Action Sports anchor Mick Shaffer described the atmosphere in the hangar at the Miami airport as "electric."
A DJ and entourage of media awaited the players' arrival.
Players received Super Bowl LIV hats as they deplaned.
Hours earlier, the team departed Arrowhead Stadium Sunday morning around 11:30 a.m. in five charter buses.

The Chiefs kept most departure details under wraps, though there's no doubt many throughout Chiefs Kingdom wanted to send them off.
When the team arrived at the airport, many of them were sporting Hawaiian shirts.
41 Action News live streamed the team's departure, and many fans sent their well wishes.
The Chiefs' rival in the Super Bowl, the San Francisco 49ers, also departed Sunday for Miami.
