Things to know before Chiefs vs. Broncos game

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Chiefs will take on the Denver Broncos on Sunday night.

Patrick Mahomes will go head-to-head with Lee's Summit native, Drew Lock.

Parking gates open up at 3:30 p.m. Gates to the stadium open up to fans at 5:30 p.m. with a kickoff at 7:20 p.m.

The game will be aired on 41 Action News, Home of the Chiefs.

Be on the look-out for some unique shoes on Chiefs players and coaches during the game. They're participating in the NFL's 'My Cause My Cleats' initiative. Nearly 40 players and coaches will be wearing cleats and shoes to raise awareness for causes that are close to their hearts. Chiefs officials said, "A significant portion of the footwear will be auctioned off following the game at NFL Auction, with proceeds benefiting the respective causes."

If you are attending the game, Chiefs officials said you must wear a mask the entire time while in Arrowhead Stadium. They also ask to maintain social distancing and "have patience and know that everyone is in this together. Be a good teammate and help us protect the Kingdom."
