KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A young Chiefs fan had a birthday to remember Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium thanks to Tyreek Hill.
John Morris celebrated his sixth birthday by attending his first Kansas City Chiefs game, and brought a sign featuring a checklist with all but one item checked off -- game ball.
After scoring a touchdown, Hill saw John’s family wave at him and noticed the sign -- That’s when Hill handed over the TD football.
"I want to put it in the basement, frame it like my dad,” John said. “He has [a] Lakers one, basketball."
Hill’s TD helped the Chiefs score a 35-9 victory over the New York Jets.
