What are you most proud of when it comes to your work?
I love making a difference and standing up for the little guy. Every day that I get to meet new people and do the job that I love makes me happy.
What are you most proud of in your own life?
I am proud to work in the career that I love. Since I was a kid, I always wanted to be on TV and tell stories.
What do you love about living in the KC area?
I just moved to the area, but I can already tell how friendly the people in the KC area are. I am very eager to try ALL the barbecue places in town.
What are your favorite local hangouts/places, sports & cultural institutions?
I love sports, I can't wait to experience a Royals, Chiefs and Sporting KC game! Aside from sports I love trying new food and looking at artwork around town.
All-time favorites... (movies, shows, books, music)
Movie- That’s a tough one. I love comedy, action… all the above. Just to name a few, "Talladega Nights," "Coming to America," "The GodFather," the list goes on and on.
Shows- "Law and Order," "Fresh Prince," "ESPN," and anything sports.
Books – I try to read a new book every month. I love reading motivational books.
Music – I listen to all music but my favorites are R&B, anything 90s, and pop.
Other than KSHB.com and 41 Action News, you get your news from….
I look at national news outlets and read the newspaper, but the best stories come from just meeting people in the community.
