Good Sunday bloggers,
Sunday started with a beautiful sunrise as stratocumulus clouds were racing from south to north.
We are about 8" below average rainfall since August 1st and this puts a bit over 4.50" below average rainfall for the year. We are tracking one main chance of rain this week, timed for Tuesday. There is a second chance next Saturday, but we will look at that in the coming days.
Today and Monday will look like rain at times, but there is no chance. The primary cloud type through Monday will be stratocumulus and these do not produce rain.
There will be plenty of wind as well. This will make it a challenge to rake and pick up leaves. The best day to do leaves seems to be Wednesday as there will be little wind. Temperatures will be in the 50s, so a bit cool. Too bad the wind is stronger today and Monday with the highs in the 70s.
The video below details our next rain chance and we also look at an updated track of Tropical Storm Eta. It is a long and winding road.
Have a great week and stay healthy.
