INDEPENDENCE, Mo. — Independence, Missouri, police said a 6-year-old boy who was believed to have been taken Monday evening by his non-custodial father has been safely located.
Police posted Tuesday afternoon that Banx R. Lopez-Robb is safe and the canceled the alert.
